Return Policy

To return the Beauté Ultrasonic, first you must email us at return@BeauteUltrasonic.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within the return policy period. Second, you must return it within five (5) days of the date you receive a RAN.

Third, you must return it in the original packaging, in as-new condition with any documentation that was included in the original shipment to you; along with a note with your full name, address, phone number and the RAN to:

Please ask for delivery confirmation number to track us your shipment.

Finally, no refund shall be given and no return shall be accepted if a RAN is not requested within the return policy period and if it is not returned within five (5) days of the date you receive the RAN. If you don’t follow our return policy the Beauté Ultrasonic will be rejected and returned to you.
